Thank you for shopping with GOOD FEELINGS, INC. We are committed to providing reliable and timely delivery for all wholesale orders. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
- During high-volume periods, processing time may be extended slightly.
- Please note: Item availability may vary. We do not guarantee that all requested items are in stock, and your order may ship without prior notification. If you need to be notified about out-of-stock items before shipment, please leave a comment at checkout.
- Payment Notice: Your payment is authorized at checkout, and the final captured charge will reflect the actual shipped amount only. Items not shipped will not be charged.
2. Same-Day Shipping Cutoff
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are eligible for same-day shipping, Monday through Friday.
- Orders placed after that time will ship the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods
We ship via UPS, USPS, or a freight carrier depending on the size and destination of your order.
- You may select your preferred shipping method during checkout.
- Shipping charges shown at checkout are based on flat-rate estimates. If actual costs differ, we may adjust the charge or issue a partial refund before dispatch.
- If you require expedited or time-sensitive delivery, please leave a note at checkout or contact us directly. Additional fees may apply.
Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Any packages returned or delayed due to incorrect or missing addresses will incur additional shipping charges.
- Carriers such as UPS/FedEx charge approximately $18 for address corrections or changes. These charges will be billed to the customer.
PO Box Restrictions
- UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- If you need USPS delivery for a P.O. Box address, please contact us before placing your order.
4. Free Shipping Policy
- Orders over $400 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S.
(Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and U.S. territories.) - Orders over $500 may choose between 5% off or free shipping—whichever offers greater value.
- Shipping charges for orders under $400 are calculated at checkout.
5. International Shipping
- We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
- Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
- We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
- Customers are responsible for understanding their country’s import restrictions.
Any returned shipments due to customs refusal, restrictions, or undeliverable addresses will incur additional shipping charges.
6. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.
7. Delivery Issues
- Once an order is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage incurred in transit.
- For packages marked “Delivered” or shipped with “No Signature Required,” we are not responsible for theft or misdelivery.
- We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but approval is not guaranteed.
8. Back Orders
- Items temporarily out of stock may be processed as back orders.
- Back-ordered items will ship within 30 days of the invoice date.
- No additional shipping fee will be charged for back-order shipments.
- Back orders under $20 will be canceled automatically.
- Any back order not fulfilled within 30 days will be automatically canceled.
